I loved staying in this hotel right in the middle of everything though I was concerned about transportation. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially enjoyed the cleanliness of the room. It was fantastic to have parking available and the staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed. Moreover, the hotel's location was near the central plaza which made it very easy to access shops and museums in the city center.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and welcoming, they made us feel right at home. The hotel was beautifully designed with a modern decor and it was in a great location, close to all the major attractions of the city. One of the best aspects was the thoughtful gift bag we received upon leaving, filled with water bottles and a homemade keychain, it was such a nice touch.

The noise level was quite high, we could hear every sound from neighboring rooms and the reception area. the wifi signal was weak and hardly functioned.

Wonderful location in historic Zona Luz, close to Plaza de Armas, Tower Bridge, and Governor's Palace. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Clean and modern room with TV, good air conditioning, and hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Suite availability, connecting rooms, spaciousness, and refrigerator. Motel-like parking with enclosed garage. Safety and security. Central location.

Almost perfect.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of everything though. It's easy to reach most museums and shops in the city center. the rooms were spacious and economical with fun, colored flair, and the WiFi was good.

The neighborhood is a bit grimy and uninviting.

The room interior is stylish, and chic decor is in line with modern trends. the central location of the hotel is ideal for anyone looking for a vibrant city experience; the prime location offers easy access to all the main museums and sites. the hotel provides a family-like atmosphere with friendly staff that helps to create a peaceful ambiance.

The room was a no-go zone, with dirty floors and no bed sheets or pillows. It took over 45 minutes of waiting outside the room in high temperatures to have any bedding delivered, which was unacceptable.

I was impressed with the comfortable and spacious rooms at a great price. The central location was also a huge plus, making it easy to explore the city and visit museums and attractions. The motel-like design of the hotel and the friendly atmosphere made me feel right at home. The added security of the gate was reassuring. I would highly recommend Casa Real for a pleasant stay.
